Slotly is online booking for service businesses — barbers, salons, clinics, studios, tutors — the businesses that still run on phone calls, Instagram DMs, and a paper appointment book. Slotly gives each business a polished, mobile-first booking page where customers serve themselves: pick a service, pick a staffer, pick a time. Done.

Behind the page, an availability engine turns weekly hours, overrides, and blackout dates into real bookable slots, built around one invariant: a staff member can never be double-booked. Customers get confirmations and automatic reminders — the quiet machinery that cuts no-shows — while the owner manages staff, services, and bookings from a dashboard designed to stay readable on the phone in their pocket, because that is where the business actually runs.

Payments run through Stripe, and every business’s data is isolated with row-level security. Slotly is in active development: the booking flow and owner dashboard shown here are the product’s foundation, built out business by business, mobile-first on both sides of the counter.
