Overview

A pipeline your whole team can see — and trust.

Dealflow is a lightweight CRM for small B2B sales teams — the ones with three to twenty reps who need a real pipeline, not a Salesforce implementation project. It gives the team a single source of truth: every deal, contact, and company in one place, and a board that shows the state of the business at a glance.

Deals move down a drag-and-drop kanban, and every move appears in realtime on every teammate’s screen. Each deal carries its full story — the people involved, the company behind them, and a complete activity timeline — so no relationship lives in one rep’s inbox or memory, and no deal becomes an orphan. A stalled-deal radar watches for follow-ups going quiet and surfaces them before they cost revenue, and reporting turns the board into numbers the team can plan around.

Underneath, each company’s data is isolated by construction with row-level security on a realtime Postgres backend. Dealflow is in active development, hardened deal by deal — the working product of a simple conviction: pipeline visibility is a sales team’s highest-leverage asset.

  • Kanban pipeline — drag-and-drop stages that feel instantaneous, synced in realtime
  • Unified records — contacts, companies, and deals joined up — zero orphan deals
  • Activity timelines — the full story of every relationship, in one thread
  • Stalled-deal radar — overdue follow-ups surfaced before they cost revenue
  • Reports — pipeline and performance numbers without a spreadsheet export
  • Realtime collaboration — two reps, one board — every move converges
